Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role supporting new product introduction activities at GE HealthCare. Develop and improve manufacturing processes, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for new product introduction with documentation of changes
• Drive Lean initiatives and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times
• Design fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and process enhancements
• Manage multiple projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight
• Interface with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical and safety compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of internship or industrial experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Preferred: Lean Manufacturing or quality concepts knowledge from academic or internship work
