Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role supporting new product introduction activities at GE HealthCare. Develop and improve manufacturing processes, drive Lean initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop manufacturing processes for new product introduction with documentation of changes
Drive Lean initiatives and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times
Design fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and process enhancements
Manage multiple projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight
Interface with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical and safety compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of internship or industrial experience
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred: Lean Manufacturing or quality concepts knowledge from academic or internship work
