GE HealthCare seeks a graduate engineer trainee to support production team leadership and manufacturing operations in Bengaluru. The role focuses on implementing improvements in quality, productivity, and compliance while developing team capabilities in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership support to production teams and monitor performance metrics
Develop and implement workforce training plans to strengthen team capabilities
Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with quality systems, cGMP requirements, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate production documentation and Device History Records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
Ability to lead and develop production teams effectively
Understanding of manufacturing procedures and quality requirements
Capability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
