Graduate Engineer Trainee role supporting Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at GE HealthCare's manufacturing plant in Bengaluru. The position involves driving Lean behaviors, coordinating improvement activities, facilitating Kaizen events, and maintaining performance metrics across production operations.
Responsibilities
Support Lean principles and continuous improvement culture across manufacturing plant
Coordinate with Frontline Leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate Kaizen events, walkthroughs, and guide 5-6 Lean support resources
Maintain Daily Management System and track improvement actions to closure
Collect, analyze, and present operational and Lean performance data for management reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional engagement
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and track completion
Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and data-driven updates
