Job Description : We are seeking an experienced GoAnywhere Support Engineer to join our team. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, optimization, and support of GoAnywhere applications, ensuring high availability, reliable file transfer operations, and minimal service https://jobeax.com/link/ugK3hycD0MAekGDa Responsibilities : - Manage user and service accounts, including creation, modification, disabling, and password resets.- Manage server logins, projects, resource repositories, and access permissions.- Monitor GoAnywhere jobs, perform restarts, and troubleshoot failed jobs.- Create, update, monitor, and validate schedules, monitors, and triggers.- Monitor SSL certificate validity and coordinate renewals.- Validate and activate product licenses for clustered environments.- Coordinate with Active Directory, Database, and Infrastructure teams.- Validate inbound and outbound file transfers and troubleshoot related issues.- Perform post-upgrade and post-deployment validations.- Document incidents, maintain audit-ready reports, and track SLA compliance.- Monitor production and non-production environments for performance.- Conduct regular health checks and share daily reports.- Review and complete ServiceNow SCTASKs and incidents.- Perform knowledge transfer and update https://jobeax.com/link/kgBBa0IZpwmbQ5LJ Skills : - Hands-on experience in GoAnywhere MFT platform administration.- Strong experience in application monitoring, job/workflow monitoring, and file transfer support.- Understanding of user access management, service accounts, SSL certificates, and license management.- Experience working with Active Directory, databases, and infrastructure teams.- Knowledge of production support, incident management, and SLA management.- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
