About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Goa City Manager to expand MyTravaly's presence across the Goa hotel and resort market.

The City Manager will be responsible for visiting hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses across Goa, introducing our SaaS products, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, converting prospects into paying customers, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hotels, resorts, homestays, and other hospitality properties across Goa to generate business opportunities.
  
• Identify potential hotels and decision-makers such as owners, General Managers, and hotel management teams.
  
• Explain MyTravaly's SaaS products, features, benefits, and value proposition to hotel partners.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain how the platform can help hotels improve their business and operations.
  
• Convert qualified prospects into paid subscriptions.
  
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to demo, negotiation, subscription, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new prospects and schedule meetings/demos.
  
• Follow up regularly with hotels after demos and quotations to close pending opportunities.
  
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective hotels and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Build and maintain good relationships with hotel owners and management teams.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate MyTravaly product or solution.
  
• Coordinate with the internal teams for onboarding, listing, documentation, payment, and other requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate daily records of hotel visits, calls, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
• Submit daily work reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
  
• Track competitor activities and market trends in the Goa hospitality industry.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand MyTravaly's hotel partner network in Goa.
  
• Achieve monthly sales, demo, subscription, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, SaaS sales, or hospitality sales.
  
• Experience in selling products/services to hotels or businesses is preferred.
  
• Good knowledge of the Goa hotel and resort market will be an advantage.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Comfortable with field sales and regular hotel visits.
  
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
  
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  
• Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new prospects.
  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, MS Office, or similar sales tools.
  
• Willingness to travel across Goa for hotel visits.
