Eurofins seeks a Validation/Verification Coordinator to oversee implementation of new and updated laboratory tests globally while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. The role involves coordinating validation activities, managing documentation, and facilitating stakeholder reviews for timely test approval.
Responsibilities
Coordinate global validation and verification activities for laboratory tests across multiple sites
Align with operational teams and laboratories to define and track validation milestones and required activities
Ensure compliance with global validation standards and regulatory requirements throughout implementation
Complete, review, and approve all validation documentation including final signed reports
Facilitate QA and CAP Director reviews to support timely test approval
Requirements
Master's degree in Biochemistry/Life Sciences or bachelor's degree with relevant laboratory experience
5-10 years of clinical laboratory experience with 1-2 years writing validation/verification reports
Hands-on experience in method validation/verification for hematology, clinical chemistry, serology, flow cytometry, or molecular biology
Proficiency with EP Evaluator or similar statistical software for laboratory validation
Strong organizational, communication, mathematical, and logical reasoning skills
