The role involves coordinating validation activities, managing documentation, and ensuring timely approvals across global laboratories.
Responsibilities
Coordinate global validation and verification activities for laboratory tests
Align with operational teams and laboratories on required activities and documentation
Define and track validation/verification milestones with stakeholders
Complete, review, and approve validation/verification reports and associated documentation
Ensure compliance with global validation and verification standards
Requirements
Master's degree in Biochemistry or Life Sciences, or Bachelor's with relevant experience
5-10 years of clinical laboratory experience
1-2 years writing clinical laboratory validation/verification reports
Hands-on experience in method verification and validation
Working knowledge of EP Evaluator or similar statistical software
Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
