This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a General Manager – (Forex/CFD) based in India. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished financial services professional to launch and scale a new Forex/CFD trading brand in the Indian market. You will take ownership of market-entry strategy, commercial operations, team development, and overall profit and loss (P&L) performance. The role offers significant autonomy to build a local presence, establish strategic partnerships, and develop a strong network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and trading communities. You will lead cross-functional teams spanning business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and sustainable growth. Working closely with international stakeholders and external service providers, you will help shape localized products, payment solutions, and trading experiences. This remote position is suited to a commercially driven leader with deep Forex/CFD expertise, strong knowledge of India, and a proven record of building and scaling businesses. Accountabilities - Lead the launch, establishment, and expansion of a new Forex/CFD trading brand targeting the Indian market. - Develop and execute a comprehensive market-entry strategy, establishing local operations, commercial priorities, and a sustainable growth roadmap. - Take ownership of business performance, revenue generation, budgeting, and overall profit and loss (P&L) management. - Recruit, lead, and manage cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships, establishing clear objectives and performance expectations. - Build, onboard, and maintain relationships with key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners throughout India.

- Design and optimize partner commission structures, incentive programmes, and commercial arrangements, including CPA, revenue-sharing, and hybrid models. - Develop relationships with financial influencers, trading educators, and trading communities to strengthen brand visibility, expand reach, and generate qualified customer acquisition opportunities. - Plan and execute localized sales and marketing campaigns to attract traders, improve conversion rates, and increase deposits and trading activity. - Establish KPIs across business functions and monitor customer acquisition, conversion performance, trading volumes, revenue, and profitability. - Adapt products, trading conditions, customer journeys, and payment methods to the needs and preferences of the Indian market. - Oversee CRM utilization, lead management, conversion processes, and commercial performance optimization to improve operational efficiency. - Coordinate with external providers and international teams across dealing, payments, compliance, and product development to support reliable service delivery. - Ensure that business operations, customer onboarding, payment processes, and partner activities align with applicable AML/KYC requirements and relevant regulatory obligations. - Monitor market developments, competitor activity, customer behavior, and commercial trends to identify opportunities and refine the market strategy. - Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while balancing ambitious growth objectives with sustainable business practices. Requirements: - At least 10 years of experience in business development, including a minimum of five years in senior leadership roles within the Forex/CFD trading industry. - Full professional fluency in Hindi and English, with the ability to lead teams, negotiate partnerships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across India and international markets.
