As a management trainee, you will undergo structured training to understand our business operations, client management processes, sales strategies, and leadership practices. You will work closely with experienced professionals, interact with clients, execute marketing campaigns, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities by managing and mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales & business development:
1. Execute brand promotion and customer acquisition campaigns.
2. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

B. Marketing:
1. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
2. Represent client brands professionally in promotional activities.
3. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement.
4. Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interactions.

C. Client management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

D. Leadership & team management:
1. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 5-10 members.
2. Train new team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company standards.
3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
4. Ensure timely achievement of team goals and performance objectives.
5. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

Note: Selected candidates will receive structured on-the-job training in sales and marketing fundamentals, brand management, client servicing, business development strategies, leadership and team management, and communication and presentation skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,25,000 - 3,50,001 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,00,001 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 25,000 - 50,000 /year
