The role

Help XClub members raise capital with clarity and discretion. You support founders through fundraising prep, investor outreach hygiene, and process, without turning XClub gatherings into pitch sessions.

What you'll do

- Coach members on fundraising readiness: narrative, deck structure, metrics, and ask

- Help members build and refine targeted investor shortlists (fit over volume)

- Support outreach workflows: sequencing, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene

- Prep members for diligence: data room basics, FAQs, and term sheet literacy

- Coordinate intros only when both sides are a clear fit and the member asks

- Track pipeline status for members you support and surface blockers early

- Uphold XClub's code: no pitching or selling inside community gatherings or sessions

You are a fit if you have

- 2 to 5 years in fundraising, venture, investment banking, or founder-facing startup ops

- Hands-on experience with seed to Series A processes (or equivalent)

- Strong writing and judgment on what a strong raise looks like

- Comfort working with senior founders day to day

- Discretion. Member fundraising details stay private

Nice to have

- Your own network among India or global early-stage investors

- Experience with AI or deep-tech founders

- Familiarity with SAFE, priced rounds, and basic cap table mechanics
