Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead with expertise in Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, https://jobeax.com/link/AfY7qZRjVtazPhHg, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will lead a development team, drive architecture and delivery of mobile/web applications, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote AI-assisted development using tools like Claude and Cursor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications.
Work across the full application stack, including frontend, backend, and databases.
Review requirements, technical designs, and code quality.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
Drive Agile delivery, estimations, and sprint planning.
Leverage AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve development productivity.
