Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Pune City. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound and inbound channels, including calls, emails, and digital outreach. The role involves conducting market research to understand target segments, updating and maintaining lead databases, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversions. The Lead Generation Executive will engage with prospective customers to explain Square Yards' offerings, schedule meetings or site visits, and support overall sales pipeline development. The position requires consistent reporting on lead performance and collaboration with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Ability to generate and manage new leads, with strong skills in lead generation and pipeline building.

Proficiency in market research and data gathering to identify target customers and opportunities.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support conversions and collaborate closely with sales teams.

Relevant experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
