In this diverse position you're responsible for receiving samples, preparing shipments, managing the inventory of materials and much more. Previous experience in a similar environment is plus but not required for this role! Maybe you are working in logistics, hospitality or retail, but you have a general interest in science, then this could be your opportunity to transition your career into the life sciences industry! – You will work on a full-time basis at our customer site in Schiphol-Rijk. You will receive a contract for 1 year, transferred into a permanent one after a positive evaluation. This department supports leading pharmaceutical companies and laboratories all over the world, in Research and Development within the Life Sciences industry.
MBO3 or 4 lab studies is preferred, depending on experience
Lab experience is an asset
Proficient in MS Office, in particular with MS Excel
Effective communication skills in English, Dutch is an asset
Knowledge of chemicals is a great asset
Experience in an administrative role (in GMP environment is a plus)
Monday - Friday, flexible start time between 07:00 - 8:00 and finish time as of 16:00. Manage the inventory of materials by placing orders and following up on these orders, in collaboration with the coordinator
Prepare samples for storage, remove and dispose of samples as required, maintain an inventory of samples on retain, update logbooks as required, and disposal of in-process samples
