Offerings include bridal mehendi, makeup, hair and saree draping, photography and videography, catering, entertainment, decor, guest management, transportation, invitations, gifting, and more. This integrated model enables Panigrahana Weddings to deliver personalized, end-to-end wedding experiences.
Role Description The Floral Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will design and create floral arrangements for weddings and related events, including stage decor, mandap setups, table centerpieces, and bridal bouquets. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and selecting flowers, preparing arrangements according to event themes and budgets, and collaborating with the decor and planning teams to align floral designs with overall wedding concepts. The Floral Designer will interact with clients to understand their preferences, present design options, and adjust designs based on feedback. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining floral inventories, ensuring timely setup and teardown at venues, and supporting the sales team with floral design inputs for proposals.
Strong skills in Floral Design and creating diverse Flower Arrangements for weddings and events.
Basic Sales skills to support client consultations, upselling floral decor options, and contributing to proposals.
Prior experience as a floral designer or in event/wedding decor is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and flexible hours based on event schedules.
Knowledge of flower care, seasonal availability, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
Diploma or certification in floral design, event management, or a related field is beneficial.
