Company Description The Mentors Circle provides end-to-end guidance to clients who aim to study at leading universities in Ireland, the UK, the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany. Services typically include counseling, application assistance, and navigating admission processes tailored to each country's requirements. The Mentors Circle focuses on helping individuals diversify their education and realize their academic potential internationally. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing students, providing information about international education options, admission processes, and services offered by The Mentors Circle. Daily responsibilities include explaining programs and destinations, capturing and updating caller details in the system, scheduling counseling sessions or follow-up calls, and maintaining clear records of interactions. The Telecaller will collaborate with colleagues to support lead conversion, ensure timely communication, and uphold a professional, courteous experience for all callers.
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry, CRM or call management tools, and email communication skills.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Relevant experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales support in education or service industries is beneficial.
A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
