Participate in the architecture, design, and development of the compensation platform
Build application components across the stack, including UI/UX, business services, and reporting solutions
NET Core and Angular, with integration across shared platform components
Help shape scalable, maintainable solutions through thoughtful design, implementation, and continuous improvement
8+ years of software development experience
Strong programming experience with solid understanding of object-oriented programming, C#, and .NET Core
3+ years of UI development experience using Angular, React, or a comparable JavaScript framework
5+ years of relational database development experience, including writing complex SQL and stored procedures
Experience building and consuming RESTful services
Development experience across both Windows and Linux environments
Experience creating storyboards, user flows, and wireframes to communicate interaction and design ideas
