Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement software features for diagnostic platforms. The role involves architecting solutions, collaborating across teams, and prototyping design concepts in a cloud-based environment serving clinical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and code software features and enhancements in collaboration with engineering teams
• Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and present product ideas to stakeholders
• Investigate software defects, troubleshoot system issues, and track resolutions to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure product quality, performance, and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in Java/J2EE/.Net programming
• 2+ years of front-end web development with modern frameworks such as AngularJS or React
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, microservice architecture, and DevOps
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment practices
• Azure Cloud platform experience and exposure to generative AI-based product development
