Job Title: Run and Change Java Full-Stack Engineer

Within The IT Department, The Tribe IT IAM (Insurance Asset Management) Is Structured Into Cross-functional Squads To Drive, Accelerate, And Maximize Client-value Creation. These Squads Oversee IT Projects And Ensure The Operational Continuity Of The Asset Management Division's Business Applications. Order management & life-cycle follow-up,
Position management,
Administration of financial reference data (securities, pricing, securities transactions, etc.),
Portfolios accounting,
Management of financial cash flows.
The ULI Squad (Unit Linked Investments) Is Part Of The IT IAM Tribe And Is Responsible For Business Applications Built On Starcust Software Edited By Cleva Solutions Vendor, And In-house Software Such As Matiass That Provides :
Unit linked order book,
Asset Liability Matching.
These business applications are classified as sensitive and critical because they must meet highavailability requirements and are exposed to significant financial risks.
Mission takes place within the ULI Squad, whose goal is to handle autonomously the RUN activities (morning-checks verifications, incident management, production support, user assistance, etc.) The squad shares common motivations: proximity to the business line, agility, and quality of delivered services, combining business-line skills with IT expertise.
Operations / Maintenance
Perform daily morning checks and publish the report (as part of a rotating shift)
Support the deployment of the latest Starcustvendor releases
Support deployment plan executions (on-call duties and night/weekend work, 1-2 times per month)
Design, develop, test and maintain Java, Angular, SQL code, Control-M jobs, KSH scripts
Prepare test environments and support testing phases
Perform non-regression testing to ensure technical stability
Agile Participation
Participate in agile rituals, including quarterly agile / sprint plannings, daily meetings,reviews and retrospectives
Provide technical support to the team
Analytical skills and business / user requirements analysis
Ability to combine technical and non-technical skills to address complex challenges and drive business value
Ability to analyze constraints and identify alternative technical solutions to maximize delivery, while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with budget and timeline requirements
Ability to interpret and optimize execution plans (EXPLAIN PLAN), manage indexes, and apply best practices for databases.
Specific Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Programming Languages:Java, Spring Framework (Boot, Batch), Angular, KSH, SQL (expert)
Advanced Oracle SQL Development: stored procedures (PL/SQL), analytical functions (OVER, PARTITION BY, RANK), complex query optimization, execution plans (EXPLAIN PLAN)(master)
Object-oriented programming and microservices architecture (master)
Web services such as REST (specifications and API management) (master)
Automated testing: JUnit, Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber
ITIL (incident, problem and change) concept: Service Now
Knowledges as a software developer:
DevOps tools: Database: Oracle (ExaData, ExaCC)
Quality Lifecycle management platform:Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Configuration management and automation: Monitoring, supervision and alerting tools: Knowledge of the functional context of asset management or previous experience with Starcust would be appreciated
