Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web
applications
• Build responsive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces with a strong focus
on UX/UI
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services connecting front-end and back-
end systems
• Design and manage databases, ensuring efficient data models, queries, and
performance
• Collaborate with project and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on
time
• Optimize application performance, security, and compatibility across browsers and
devices
• Maintain, debug, and update existing applications, implementing new features as
needed
• Deploy applications to live/production servers, and independently manage the full
deployment process
• Set up and maintain server environments (Linux/VPS/Cloud), configure web servers
(Apache/Nginx), and manage domains, SSL, and DNS
• Monitor live applications post-deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and perform
rollbacks/hotfixes when needed
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
workflows
• Use AI coding agents/tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT) to
accelerate development and boost productivity
• Thoroughly review, test, and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into the
codebase, ensuring it meets quality, security, and performance standards
• Write and run unit/integration tests to catch bugs and edge cases in both hand-written
and AI-generated code

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in full stack web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Bootstrap)
• Solid back-end development experience with languages/frameworks such as https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY,

PHP, Python (Django/Flask), or similar

• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on live production servers

(not just local/staging environments)
• Working knowledge of server administration — Linux command line, Apache/Nginx
configuration, SSH, and basic server security

• Experience with cloud/hosting platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, VPS hosting, or similar)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) for

automated deployments
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants/agents for code generation, debugging,
or documentation
• Strong ability to critically review, test, and validate code — including AI-generated code
— before deployment; not blindly trusting AI output
• Familiarity with testing practices and tools (unit testing, integration testing, debugging
tools) to ensure code reliability
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress) and version control
(Git/GitHub)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools (Adobe XD,
Figma) is a plus

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
