About the Company As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications. This hands-on technical leadership position involves both front-end and back-end development, utilizing Java for server-side logic and React for the user interface. Beyond writing code, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute to shaping our technical architecture and best practices.
Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable, performant web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to uphold code quality, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to established best practices.
Manage and optimize database schemas and queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
Implement and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including strong proficiency with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).
