What you will own:- Experience Layer Engineering: Build and own AI platform interfaces, SDKs, developer tools, playgrounds, and reference applications.- AI-Native User Experiences: Design modern AI interaction patterns including streaming responses, agent workflows, tool calls, citations, human review, and graceful failure handling.- Backend Services & Orchestration: Develop APIs, retrieval pipelines, model orchestration, caching, rate limiting, observability, and integration services.- Quality & Evaluation: Instrument applications with tracing, evaluation frameworks, feedback capture, and quality measurement to continuously improve user outcomes.- Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Platform, ML, Product, and Infrastructure teams to establish best practices for AI product development.- Engineering Excellence: Contribute reusable patterns, documentation, code reviews, and technical standards for AI application development across the organization.Qualifications:- 5 - 8 years building and shipping production-grade full stack applications.- Strong front-end expertise with TypeScript and React.- Backend experience with https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY, Python, or Golang.- Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native services.- Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, latency, reliability, and error handling.- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including APIs, streaming, RAG, tool usage, agents, or conversational AI.- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver independently.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
