We are looking for a Full Stack Development to join our IT team. This role is primarily focused on hands-on software development, with additional responsibilities related to team task monitoring and coordination. You will work with the development team on real-world applications while gaining practical experience in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications.
2. Work on frontend and backend development.
3. Build and integrate REST APIs.
4. Work with SQL and databases.
5. Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications.
6. Use Git/GitHub for version control.
7. Participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
8. Monitor team task progress and follow up on assigned work.
9. Coordinate with team members regarding deadlines and task status.
10. Identify and report delays or blockers to the appropriate team lead.
11. Support the team in maintaining development workflows.
