Role : Full Stack Developer Job Description : Total Experience : 7 - 10 yearsRoles & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java / Spring Boot for backend services.- Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.- Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.Must-Have Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript) and backend development using Java (Spring Boot).- Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.- Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.- Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP).- Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and improving developer productivity.
