Designation: Full Stack DeveloperExperience: 5-8 yearsLocation: PuneWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysTechnical skills required:- Hands on experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus & Azure Event HubScope of role:- Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into manageable tasks and ensure that the team has a clear understanding of requirements.- Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.- Help prioritize technical debt and manage the balance between feature development and system improvements, ensuring the team is working on high-impact tasks.- Development Contributions: Actively contribute to development tasks and collaborate with the team to build and improve software solutions.- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and adherence to best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack, providing timely and effective solutions.- Code & System Optimization: Continuously optimize code and enhance system performance for improved efficiency and scalability.- Security Considerations: Ensure that security best practices are followed during development and code implementation.- Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support development https://jobeax.com/link/ngm8RIB84YNl0Vgh should you have:- Bachelor's degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience with technologies like .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server Etc.- Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance- Sharp and tenacious development skills, a great problem solver- Very good proficiency in EnglishMust Have:- Bachelor's degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent- Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework- Experience in Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API- Very good proficiency in English- Stakeholder management (ref:hirist.tech)
