About the job

Here is a day at our studio, roughly hour by hour. It is an example, not a timetable. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to messages from students and parents across different time zones, addressing their queries clearly and professionally.
2. Handle phone calls from parents and prospective students, provide information about suitable classes and enrollment, and record details on the learning portal.
3. Coordinate daily studio and online classes, ensuring schedules, rooms, and class links are accurate and resolving minor issues promptly.
4. Follow up with students and parents regarding missed classes, pending fees, and inactive student accounts through calls and messages.
5. Test new features in the company's apps, identify issues, and report them accurately to the concerned team.
6. Assist in planning workshops and supporting the founder with the school's YouTube channel.
7. Prepare daily status updates highlighting completed tasks and pending activities.
On weekends we hold public classes, and you may help with those too.

You do not need to know everything on day one. You need excellent spoken and written English, patience with people, and quickness with technology and AI tools. If you want a quiet desk job, this is not it. If you know why one YouTube video gets clicked and another does not, we would like to meet you. Freshers are welcome.

About us: Nathaniel School of Music teaches students in 21 countries, live at our Bengaluru studio and online. Our YouTube channel, @nathanielmusicschool, has over 125,000 subscribers, and most new students find us there. We build our own learning portal and music apps. You will work in person, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, directly with the founder, Jason Zac. There is no work from home.
