Company Description: Point Blank Productions is a creative studio specialising in premium visual content, including high-end photography and film with end-to-end solutions. With over 25 years of industry experience, the studio delivers photography, 360 product showcases, graphic and communication design, and promotional films across advertising, corporate, industrial, travel, lifestyle, fashion, and beauty sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Manage the front desk and maintain a professional reception environment

Handle visitor inquiries and maintain visitor records/logs

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room schedules

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages

Support basic administrative and clerical tasks

Liaise with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations

Ensure a neat, organised, and presentable office and studio

Deliver a courteous and professional customer experience at all times

Follow company procedures and help uphold Point Blanks brand image

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills to manage the reception area, appointments, calls, and visitor management.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in front office, administration, or operations support, preferably in a creative, media, or corporate environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced studio setting.
• Comfort with basic office software and communication tools; familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business administration, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
