Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the front office, greet visitors, and handle student and parent walk-in enquiries at IWP Academy.
2. Make outbound calls to leads, share course details, and schedule counselling visits.
3. Answer incoming calls, record enquiries, and maintain follow-up and lead records.
4. Coordinate with the admission and counselling teams to convert enquiries into admissions.
