As a Front Office Executive at TRU Realty Private Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional administrative support and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
2. Answer and direct phone calls and emails on time
3. Manage the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times
4. Schedule appointments and meetings for executives
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
6. Provide administrative support such as data entry, file maintenance, and document preparation
7. Assist with special projects as needed and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (A degree in Hospitality, Aviation, or Business Administration is a strong advantage).

2. Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role. Prior experience in real estate, premium corporate offices, or the hospitality sector is highly preferred.

3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Marathi is highly advantageous for addressing local walk-in queries in Mumbai.

4. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment (printers, EPABX systems).

5. Core Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and punctual, with the ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-traffic hours.
