We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, system design, and cloud-native application development.

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and SpringBoot.
Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and transactions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Frontend developers.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
