YKBI Pilates is a fitness studio in Juhu offering gym and Pilates services. We're looking for a front desk professional with a sales mindset to be the first face of the studio: welcoming members, handling the desk, and converting enquiries into memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the front desk and welcome members and walk-ins
2. Understand client needs and explain gym and pilates offerings
3. Follow up with leads and drive conversions
4. Support basic sales conversations, trials, and renewals
5. Keep client interactions warm, professional and consistent

4. Presentable, confident, and client-friendly

5. Comfortable with lead follow-ups and sales conversations
