About the job

We are looking for a polite, responsible and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage the reception at our eye clinic in Kompally, Hyderabad. This role is suitable for freshers who are comfortable using computers and interacting with patients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and visitors warmly, guide them appropriately, and ensure a smooth reception experience.
2. Register patients, enter and update patient details accurately in the clinic's system, and maintain records.
3. Manage appointments, handle phone calls and patient enquiries, and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
4. Guide patients regarding consultation procedures and waiting times.
5. Maintain an organized reception area and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Computer skills Data entry Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) Telugu Proficiency (Spoken)

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi; basic English is preferred.

2. Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.

3. Polite, patient-friendly attitude and professional behaviour.

4. Punctual, attentive to detail, and willing to learn.

5. Freshers are welcome to apply.

6. Candidates who can commute reliably to Kompally are preferred.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
