Qualifications
2–4 years of direct U.S. freight brokerage experience.
Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
Proven ability to quickly source, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity.
Solid understanding of carrier compliance, including MC/DOT regulations, insurance requirements, and safety ratings.
Experience managing high-value, project, or bulk (BBK) shipments.
