Role & Responsibilities
Conceptualize and deliver full-scope interior design solutions—from space planning and material selection to 3D visualization and final execution oversight.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints; translate them into feasible, compelling designs.
Create detailed mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure design integrity during installation and fit-out phases.
Manage project timelines, scope changes, and client feedback loops—ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Stay current with global interior trends, sustainable materials, smart-home integrations, and local building codes relevant to Indian urban markets.
Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee work at the site to ensure execution matches approved drawings.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Proficiency in SketchUp
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in 3D Studio Max or Revit
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with material sourcing and vendor coordination
Working knowledge of Indian building regulations and spatial standards
Portfolio showcasing 5+ completed interior projects (residential or commercial)
Strong client communication & presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with sustainable & biophilic design principles
Familiarity with BIM workflows or smart home integration design
Prior on-site project execution in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or Pune
