Griffinmark Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Freelance PCB Designer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support the design and development of PCBs for automation and embedded electronic systems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts based on project requirements.
Convert electronic schematics into production-ready PCB layouts.
Perform component placement, routing, and power/ground plane design.
Design single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCBs as required.
Work with microcontrollers, sensors, motor drivers, communication interfaces, and power circuits.
Prepare Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place files, drill files, and fabrication drawings.
Select suitable electronic components based on technical requirements, availability, and cost.
Review PCB designs for manufacturability and assembly requirements.
Support PCB prototyping, testing, debugging, and design modifications.
Troubleshoot PCB design-related issues and implement required revisions.
Coordinate with Electronics, Embedded, Mechanical, and Robotics teams.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of PCB design files.
Required Skills:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in PCB Design.
Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent PCB design software.
Good understanding of schematic capture and PCB layout.
Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, connectors, and power circuits.
Basic understanding of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS485, or USB.
Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and component datasheets.
Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in embedded systems, or industrial electronics.
Experience in power management
Experience designing PCBs for motor control, sensors, or embedded applications.
Experience coordinating with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant PCB design experience.
