Mindrift is looking for skilled Frontend Developers (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Next.js)to join the Tendem project () and build high-quality landing pages and multi-page websites for real-world use cases. In this role, you'll apply your frontend development expertise and design sensibility to build pixel-perfect, responsive, and conversion-focused websites that meet real client requirements. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in landing page production, multi-page website development, and modern frontend frameworks.

About the Role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Frontend Developer, you'll design, build, and refine landing pages, waitlist pages, promo pages, and small multi-page sites (portfolios, restaurant sites, small business sites, simple online stores), turning client briefs into responsive, performant, polished web experiences.

Candidates should have a strong foundation in modern frontend development, responsive web design, and building high-quality landing pages and small websites. We are looking for specialists who can create polished, conversion-focused user experiences, work confidently with modern frontend frameworks, and build production-ready user interfaces. A strong visual eye, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Project time expectations
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $35 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.
Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
