Mindrift is looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join the Tendem project (**) and create strong visual identities for real-world brands and products. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems to create cohesive, modern, and impactful brand assets. This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in brand asset creation, visual identity development, and maintaining brand consistency.

About the Role
This is a freelance role for a Tendem project. As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.

Academic and/or Professional Experience
Candidates must have a strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We are looking for specialists with a deep understanding of how core branding translates seamlessly across different digital and print mediums. A strategic, detail-obsessed approach and the ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems are essential.

For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $34 per hour equivalent , depending on their level and pace of contribution.
Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
