About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Franchise Sourcing Intern to scale our footprint in the real estate market. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our network of supply partners. You will identify and evaluate high-yield commercial real estate assets, match properties with our franchise model criteria, and build high-quality listings of property owners, developers, and local brokers to fuel our platform's growth.
This role provides a deep dive into commercial real estate evaluation, property listing dynamics, corporate B2B business development, and market mapping.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Sourcing & Identification: Scour online listing portals, public records, and local databases to spot high-potential commercial and retail properties matching our brand’s strict expansion criteria.
• Lead Generation & Data Gathering: Build, verify, and maintain qualified pipelines of property owners, institutional landlords, local real estate brokers, and asset managers.
• Cold & Warm Outreach: Execute outreach strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our franchise value proposition to property owners and secure property site details.
• Feasibility & Site Mapping: Collect key property health metrics (carpet area, frontage, footfall data, zoning laws, layout blueprints) and log them into our central mapping tool.
• Property Listing Creation: Standardize property specifications, draft compelling summaries, and organize visual assets to create premium property listings for our internal franchise investor marketplace.
• Broker & Partner Liaison: Help manage and expand our network of local channel partners (brokers/agents) to ensure a steady influx of off-market site proposals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Architecture/Urban Planning.
• Real Estate Acumen: A keen interest in real estate markets, property metrics (e.g., price per sq. ft., lease structures), and spatial layouts.
• Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and comfortable initiating conversations with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate stakeholders.
• Data Management: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with a knack for keeping CRM pipelines neat and updated.
