Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst role supporting Cytiva's budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes. Based in Bangalore, this on-site position partners with finance leaders and operations teams to deliver analytics, variance analysis, and financial reporting while maintaining quality standards within the India Finance Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting cycles, and quarterly close activities
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and performance targets with investigative reporting
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and financial reports for leadership visibility
• Analyze high-impact cost drivers including headcount and contractor spending
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures supporting process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA, CA, or CMA certification
• 5-8 years progressive finance experience
• Proficiency with financial systems: OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, Qlik
• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modeling skills
• Strong analytical abilities linking financial results to operational drivers
• Experience in global environments with cross-functional processes
