About the job

Work directly with the founder, Jason Zac, across everything a modern music school does. This is for curious all-rounders who want to see how a whole creative business runs, from the inside. No two weeks look the same. One week you are planning a college workshop built on one of our own apps. The next you are running a recording day in our studio, testing a new music app with students, or helping plan a YouTube lesson that will reach 100,000 people.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and run events and workshops in our studio and at colleges and schools in Bengaluru.
2. Help run studio days: schedules, artists, gear lists and call sheets.
3. Test our music apps with real students and turn their feedback into clear notes for the team.
4. Help plan and publish YouTube lessons and short-form clips.
5. Track projects across the team and make sure things actually get finished.
6. Write briefs, emails and proposals for partners and colleges.

Where you will work: In person at our studio in Langford Town/Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru (No. 10, Berlie Street Cross, Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru 560025). This is not a remote or online job. Candidates already living in Bengaluru are preferred. If you are from another city, you are very welcome to apply, but you must be ready to move to Bengaluru at your own cost and join within two weeks.

About Nathaniel School of Music: Founded in 2008, more than 6,000 students trained. Note:

1. Joining: immediately, within two weeks. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
