About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) fashion tech startup building a next-gen sustainable apparel brand for conscious Gen-Z and millennial audiences. We operate at the intersection of e-commerce, community building, and circular fashion—leveraging digital-first storytelling, agile operations, and remote-first workflows to scale sustainably across India.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Founder’s Office with day-to-day coordination, meeting prep, and cross-functional project tracking across marketing, supply chain, and customer ops.
• Research and compile market insights on consumer trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging DTC channels (especially social commerce & influencer ecosystems).
• Manage lightweight administrative workflows: scheduling, documentation, CRM updates, and internal comms across Slack + Notion.
• Assist in drafting investor update decks, internal memos, and founder talking points using clear, crisp, and brand-aligned language.
• Help identify and onboard early-stage partners (micro-influencers, eco-NGOs, student communities) through targeted outreach and spreadsheet tracking.
• Own tracking of KPIs for founder-led initiatives—conversion rates, content performance, community engagement metrics.
