Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution & follow-up (30%): Execute tasks and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion
2. Founder calendar & time management (20%): Manage the founder's calendar and schedule to ensure effective time management
3. Team coordination & accountability (20%): Coordinate with the team and maintain accountability between the founder and team members
4. Meetings & external stakeholders (15%): Prepare for important meetings and follow up with external stakeholders
5. Proactive ownership (15%): Take proactive ownership of tasks and responsibilities without waiting for instructions from the founder
