GE HealthCare seeks a Field-action and Recall Program Leader to independently manage complex compliance programs from initiation through closure in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes program execution, cross-functional coordination, risk management, and continuous process improvement through Lean and digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned FMI and Recall programs from initiation through closure milestones and regulatory documentation
• Develop integrated program plans, critical paths, budgets, and governance mechanisms across global teams
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with clear recommendations and business impact analysis
• Maintain disciplined execution management using dashboards, visual management, and fact-based performance reviews
• Identify and support digital transformation and workflow automation opportunities in FMI/Recall processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end field-action or recall programs in regulated industries
• Strong program management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence across engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams
• Sound judgment in risk identification, issue escalation, and decision-making under ambiguity
• Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and closure documentation requirements
• Proficiency with data-driven management, Lean methodologies, and process improvement
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
