GE HealthCare seeks a Field-action and Recall Program Leader to independently manage complex compliance programs from initiation through closure in a regulated environment. Responsibilities
Lead assigned FMI and Recall programs from initiation through closure milestones and regulatory documentation
Develop integrated program plans, critical paths, budgets, and governance mechanisms across global teams
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations with clear recommendations and business impact analysis
Maintain disciplined execution management using dashboards, visual management, and fact-based performance reviews
Identify and support digital transformation and workflow automation opportunities in FMI/Recall processes
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end field-action or recall programs in regulated industries
Strong program management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking
Cross-functional collaboration and influence across engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams
Sound judgment in risk identification, issue escalation, and decision-making under ambiguity
Knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and closure documentation requirements
Proficiency with data-driven management, Lean methodologies, and process improvement
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
