We are seeking a results-oriented Associate Director – Finance Transformation to drive enterprise-wide financial automation and digital modernization. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact transformation programs across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Treasury/Bank Reconciliation. You will own the transformation roadmap, manage technology and service vendors, oversee AI/OCR/LLM and ERP-integrated solution deployments, and align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, SOX-compliant, cost-effective finance operations.
