Johnson & Johnson seeks a Finance MT IT Deployment & Integration Lead (Manager) to oversee the deployment and integration of finance transformation solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and related platforms, across multiple regions. This role bridges business and technology, requiring leadership of complex deployments, cross-functional integration, and organizational change management to achieve successful go-live outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for finance transformation programs across regions
Coordinate and govern integration activities across finance, supply chain, commercial, and HR systems
Develop and manage cutover, go-live, and stabilization plans to minimize business disruption
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align strategies and drive adoption of new capabilities
Establish governance frameworks, monitor deployment risks and dependencies, ensure compliance with enterprise standards
Requirements
S/4HANA Finance and SAP Central Finance expertise
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation deployments
Proven capabilities in systems integration and data migration
Strong knowledge of finance process transformation and accounting practices
Experience with deployment governance, cutover management, and risk oversight
Leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage global teams
