Finance Manager in Hyderabad, भारत

Amgen seeks a Finance Manager in Hyderabad to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. The role partners with senior finance leadership to deliver accurate insights, drive process automation, and enable data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute planning-cycle activities including forecasts, budgets, and quarterly business reviews with data consolidation and commentary preparation
• Maintain forecasting and reporting files, ensuring accurate inputs to consolidation systems and Anaplan workflows
• Prepare management reporting materials including Power BI dashboards, sales reports, and performance presentations
• Analyze business performance and provide financial commentary on growth drivers, risks, and market trends
• Identify and implement process improvements to standardize, automate, and enhance FP&A operations

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or Master's degree in Finance/Business Administration
• 8 to 12 years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
• Proficiency with ERP/EPM/BI systems (Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, SAP S4)
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytics capabilities
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global teams
