Position: Finance Manager

Location: Calicut

Qualification: Mcom/MBA

Salary: 65,000 – 90,000 per month

Job Requirements: 
* 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with strong managerial exposure.
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
* Responsible for the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
* Lead and manage a finance team of approximately 10 members.
* Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and analysis.
* Responsible for developing and overseeing the annual financial plan and strategy.
* Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
* Monitor cash flow, financial performance, expenses and profitability.
* Ensure proper financial controls, compliance and timely reporting.
* Should have strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills.
* Candidates who can take complete ownership of the finance function are preferred.
