We are looking for a CA / CMA / CWA to manage Inventory Finance, COGS, Cost Controls, Reconciliation and Financial Governance across supply chain and operations.
This is a Finance role , not a Logistics/Operations role.
Key Responsibilities
Own inventory accounting, valuation and reconciliation across locations.
Manage COGS validation, costing, rate controls and inventory provisions .
Analyse inventory variances, shrinkage, claims, damages and financial leakages.
Review warehouse, logistics, packaging and transportation costs .
Validate vendor invoices, SLA penalties and claims.
Manage procurement/buying finance , rate checks and vendor reconciliation.
Ensure reconciliation between WMS, ERP and books of accounts .
Drive internal financial controls, audits and GST/APOB compliance .
Prepare MIS and dashboards on inventory, COGS, costs and variances.
Partner with Operations, Procurement and Technology teams to improve financial controls and profitability.
