Liaise with Statutory and Internal Auditors and support the timely closure of audit processes.
Manage Transfer Pricing audit documentation and coordinate with external advisors for compliance and reporting.
Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and Tax Audit Reports in coordination with external advisors.
Manage Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections tracking, forecasting, and preparation of related reports.
Handle Intercompany transactions including agreements, accounting entries, invoicing, and related fund transfers.
Prepare and file statutory returns such as APR, FLA, and other regulatory filings.
Support GST compliance including return filings, refund claims, and related regulatory requirements with assistance from external advisors.
Support finance and compliance teams with any other ad hoc assignments as required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce along with a Qualified CA designation.
- 0–1 years of post-qualification experience (CA Fresher) in accounting or finance, preferably within multinational corporations (MNCs) or shared services environments.
- CPA, or CMA (completed or semi-qualified ) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data handling.
- Exposure to NetSuite would be beneficial for improving financial reporting processes.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex multi-entity reconciliations.
Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance across regions (e.g., Prior exposure to financial audits, including handling Transfer Pricing audit queries, would be advantageous.
